Ingredients:

Active ingredients: each teaspoonful (5mL) contains: 153mg ammonium carbonate, 267mg potassium bicarbonate, 22mg menthol, and 2.2mg camphor. Non-medicinal ingredients: butylparaben, Canada balsam, carrageenan, glycerin, pine needle oil, propylparaben, sodium cyclamate, tincture of capsicum and water.

Directions:

Shake well before using. To be taken every 2-3 hours as required. Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10mL). Do not exceed 5 doses daily. If preferred, mix with equal parts of honey.

Warnings:

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a doctor if underlying condition requires continued use for more than 7 days, if cough worsens, persists for more than a week or is accompanied by too much phlegm (mucus), a high fever, rash or persistent headache. Individuals with heart, lung, kidney or liver disease, asthma; the elderly, pregnant women and nursing mothers, or persons on other medication should take only after consultation with a doctor. In the case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately, even if there are no symptoms. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
